Founder batch - first article in progress

Scout 250

Scout 250 is TrailblazerFab's first founder-batch aircraft: a sub-250 recreational FPV configuration with American/allied critical flight, control, video, radio, and navigation electronics. We build the airframe here, test each configuration, and support the parts that keep it flying.

Scout 250 FPV drone in flight

For recreational FPV flyers who want a repairable aircraft from an American engineering company, not a sealed consumer-drone ecosystem.

Why Scout 250

  • Trusted critical stack: the flight controller, ESC, camera/video, radio receiver, and navigation configuration are sourced from American/allied partners for the v0.22 build.
  • Built to be repaired: modular carbon arms, replaceable feet and shells, and a support path designed around keeping an aircraft in service.
  • Built by TrailblazerFab: the airframe is cut, printed, assembled, and tested here; motors, props, batteries, and other commodity components remain globally sourced.

The first physical aircraft is the gate: we publish measured configuration data only after it is built, weighed, and tested.

Not yet. We are completing first-article and founder-batch gates before accepting deposits or delivery commitments. Email us for founder-batch updates.

Is Scout 250 an NDAA or Blue UAS product?

No product-level compliance claim is made for Scout 250. A separate American Scout program is being verified independently.

Who is Scout 250 for?

Recreational FPV flyers. Follow current FAA recreational rules and complete TRUST before flying; commercial and compliance needs are separate questions.

What makes it different?

A repairable Trailblazer-built airframe, a trusted critical electronics configuration, and support from the people building the product.
