You approve the scope and price before paying. Your payment commits the design time, materials, and machine capacity needed for your custom job.

How payment works.
Minimum custom job
Small custom work starts at $75.
Paid in full
Jobs below $250 are paid when you accept the quote.
50% deposit
The deposit starts the job; the remaining balance is due before delivery.
Cancel before work starts
Your payment is fully refundable if you cancel before design or fabrication begins.
Cancel after work starts
We charge only for design work completed, materials purchased, and fabrication already performed. Any remaining portion of your payment is refunded with a clear breakdown.
If we make an error
Contact us within 14 days if the delivered part is defective in materials or workmanship relative to the approved scope. We will remake the part or refund it.
Custom-part returns
Custom parts cannot be returned when they match the approved scope but the requirements or intended use later change. Giving us complete fit and use information helps prevent that outcome.
How refunds arrive
Refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank processing may take several business days.
