Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you request a quote or place an order with Trailblazer Custom Fabrication, and what we do with it. We keep this short and concrete.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email, and optionally phone and company.
- Job details: your description, intended use, dimensions, materials, deadline, and any files you upload (photos, sketches, STL/STEP/CAD files, drawings).
- Order and payment status: quotes, deposits, and job records. Card payments are handled by Stripe — we receive a confirmation that you paid, not your full card number.
How we use it
We use your information to review your request, prepare a quote, do the work, take payment, and deliver your part. We keep a design record so reorders and revisions are faster and cheaper for you. We'll email you about your request and order; we use the optional tracking you choose as described below.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the business, and share only what each needs to do its job:
- Vercel — website hosting, database, and file storage for your uploads.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — sending you confirmation and quote emails.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to fulfill a fabrication order you placed (for example, a shipping carrier).
Website measurement and optional tracking
Vercel measures public website use and performance. We exclude marked staff browsers, local and preview sites, and private customer or admin routes. Our measurement code removes arbitrary query strings and uses approved public page names and campaign tags. Operational hosting and security logs are separate from website measurement.
Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are optional and off until you choose each purpose. When configured, Google Analytics measures public page visits and campaign tags. Meta Pixel shares public page visits with Meta to measure Facebook traffic and create audiences for possible future ads. These providers can use cookies and receive technical data such as your IP address and browser information. Meta may associate visits with a Facebook or Instagram account. Our code does not send form answers, uploaded files, customer IDs or payment details to either integration. We do not enable Meta advanced matching or automatic form and click events.
Change or withdraw either choice using the cookie choices below. We honor Global Privacy Control by blocking both optional integrations. Cookie choices are saved in this browser for up to 180 days; clearing site data removes them. Withdrawing consent blocks future page events; it does not erase data already held by a provider. How long we keep it
We keep customer, quote, job, and design records for as long as needed to support reorders, warranty, and our legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your design files and personal information; we will, unless we're required to keep certain records.
