Size the order before you request delivery
Four short bars are a different delivery from a large plate or a long tube. Record the longest piece, the largest footprint, the total quantity, and an estimated weight.
Ask about the handoff if loading or unloading requires equipment or help. An address tells the supplier where to go; it doesn't describe access through the gate or what happens when the order arrives.
