What to enter
Thickness is 0.125 inch (1/8 inch). Enter the finished width and length in inches and the number of pieces. Specify thickness in inches rather than assuming a sheet gauge is equivalent.
A starting blank for your own welding or shop project when the job calls for A36 plate. Send a separate request for holes, bends or shaped profiles.

Cut tolerance and material records
Standard finished cut tolerance is ±1/16 inch (±0.0625 inch). This applies to the dimensions we cut; supplied stock thickness, tube wall and other mill dimensions follow the material specification.
If you need a tighter tolerance or material certificates, include the requirement before ordering so we can confirm the scope and available records.
