This Is a Founding Team Role
Trailblazer is a hard-asset startup at the intersection of advanced manufacturing, AI, autonomy, drones, and long-term space infrastructure. TrailblazerFab is the near-term operating layer: manufacturing services, prototypes, custom parts, and small production runs that generate revenue and build company capability.
Your lane
What You'll Own
- 3D printers and fabrication equipment, file preparation, drawing review, material selection, and manufacturability.
- Customer part production, quality control, job costing, margin tracking, and delivery.
- Process documentation and support for internal drone, autonomy, and hardware prototypes.
Year one
What Success Looks Like
- Jobs completed on time with low rework and reliable machine operation.
- Gross-margin visibility and quality standards customers trust.
- Repeatable workflows that can train future hires.
Candidate profile
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience in 3D printing, CAD/CAM, machining, mechanical design, robotics, auto fabrication, maintenance, or product prototyping.
- Mechanical competence, attention to detail, and independent judgment.
- A practical builder who treats documentation and margin as part of the job.
Compensation and ownership
Earned Through Contribution
The full earnable equity range is 3%–4.5% full earnable equity. Equity vests over four years with a one-year cliff. Nothing vests before month twelve. First-year upside may include manufacturing margin, project completion, and quality/delivery bonuses.
Final compensation, equity structure, vesting, and legal terms are subject to formal written agreements, company structure, tax/legal review, and continued active contribution. Nothing on this page is an offer of securities or employment.
